Attendance Policy Acknowledgment

By submitting this form, I confirm that:

• I understand that regular and punctual attendance is required for my child’s enrollment.
• I acknowledge that no absences are allowed, except for emergencies with a valid medical certificate.
• I accept that exceeding the absence limit will result in slot forfeiture and no refund.
• I agree to notify the playschool of any absence at least 12-24 hours in advance, or as early as possible in emergencies.
• I understand that makeup classes are not guaranteed and are offered only if available.
• I accept that any sessions missed due to holidays or cancellations by the administration will be rescheduled depending on availability.
• I acknowledge that vacation absences may result in slot reassignment, and re-enrollment is subject to availability.
• I agree to abide by all attendance guidelines to support fair access and consistent learning for all students.
