- Child’s PSA Birth Certificate
- Health Certificate / Medical Records / Vaccination Record
- Parent’s/Guardian’s Valid ID
- Child’s ID Photo
- Signed Media Consent Form (to be completed on your child’s first day)
- Screenshot of Payment Receipt

Step 4: We’ll email you your child’s class schedule, including the start and end dates. Kindly take a moment to review our Attendance Policy.
