Refund Policy

Steven and Hudson Playschool reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to enrolled families. Updated 04/13/2026

Tuition Refunds

  • Withdrawal: If a parent withdraws their child from the playschool, tuition refunds is deemed forfeited.
  • Medical Reasons: In the case of a child’s extended absence due to an emergency medical condition only, the playschool may offer a partial refund, subject to documentation (medical records etc.) and the playschool’s discretion.
  • School Closure: In the event of an unexpected closure, families will receive a full refund based on the number of remaining sessions multiplied by the rate of their chosen package.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Enrollment Fee: The enrollment fee is non-refundable but can be transferable.
  • Deposit: Any deposit required for enrollment is non-refundable.

Other Fees

  • Optional Fees: Refunds for optional fees, such as extracurricular activities, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

  • Request: Refund requests must be submitted via email – ops@stevenandhudson.com.
  • Documentation: Supporting documentation, such as medical certificates or withdrawal notices, is required.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days of receipt.
