Refund Policy
Steven and Hudson Playschool reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to enrolled families.
Tuition Refunds
- Withdrawal: If a parent withdraws their child from the playschool, tuition refunds is deemed forfeited.
- Medical Reasons: In the case of a child’s extended absence due to a medical condition, the playschool may offer a partial or full refund, subject to documentation (medical records etc.) and the playschool’s discretion.
- School Closure: If the playschool closes due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of tuition will be issued for the remaining number of sessions left multiply by the rate of the package acquired.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Enrollment Fee: The enrollment fee is non-refundable but can be transferable.
- Deposit: Any deposit required for enrollment is non-refundable.
Other Fees
- Optional Fees: Refunds for optional fees, such as extracurricular activities, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
- Request: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the playschool office.
- Documentation: Supporting documentation, such as medical certificates or withdrawal notices, may be required.
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 45 business days of receipt.
